Noelle discovered yoga 8 years ago during her first pregnancy with her son Caleb. She really began to explore and connect with yoga on a deeper level during her second pregnancy. After the birth of her daughter Willow, Noelle decided to start yoga teacher training. Noelle obtained her RYT-200 on the Isles of Shoals this past summer under Carrie Tyler of Rasamaya and continued on to obtain her PRYT under Amy Hopkins of GLOW in York, Maine. Noelle’s teaching style is very hands on, relaxed, and nurturing. She is so happy to share what she has learned with others, and loves teaching. She specializes in Prenatal, Parent and Baby Yoga. Yoga is for everyone. No matter what you are going through, yoga will give you the tools to help you work through it. When Noelle isn’t teaching yoga, she is supporting parents as a certified birth doula, placenta encapsulation specialist or Birthing from Within Mentor.
Rachel began practicing yoga in college as a way to balance out her active lifestyle. Amazed by the benefits that yoga had on both her body and mind, she continued on to become a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She began teaching at many different studios and gyms in the Boston area and continued teaching after her move to Seacoast, New Hampshire. When Rachel was pregnant with her son, she decided to become certified in prenatal yoga. She felt like it was also the best birth education she had received and loves to share her experience with other expecting mothers. She is constantly continuing her yoga education by taking a variety of master classes and workshops which include: yoga for athletes, yoga adjust and assist, and yoga anatomy and alignment. Her classes are open to all levels and focus on strength, balance, mobility, and breath. Rachel is available for group and private instruction.
