Our classes typically run as series for several reasons. For one, it allows us to get to know you and your body, ensuring mindful movement is maintained, and safe goals are established between teacher and student. Secondly, it helps students get to know each other, building community, and allowing friendships to blossom – this is so very important to us to have as students, mothers, and children. Lastly, we have found that committing to a series helps many people stick to a regular practice and presents a much greater personal benefit than a casual practice.
If you do prefer to practice on a more casual basis, there are a few of our classes that we will allow the drop-in option that we happily offer.

Our studio is designed to be a boutique studio. Because of this, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class – we feel no more than 15 students should attend a yoga class. Once this number of people are registered for class, we will begin a waiting list. Please be sure you have a cell number on file with the studio so that we can notify you if a space becomes available. Registering online is recommended to save a spot in class.

We do not allow cell phones in the yoga room. Texting or answering calls is not permitted. If there is a reason you must bring your cell phone into the yoga space please notify the teacher and turn your phone on silent mode.
We encourage all of our students to arrive at least 10 minutes before a class begins, this allows plenty of time to change, settle your mat, grab your props, and most importantly, bring your awareness to the present moment. We also understand that life gets busy and sometimes students are delayed. At our studio, we do not have front desk assistance, our studio door will be locked at the start of each class in order for the teacher to start class on time.
Release of Liability and Survey form must be filled out before taking a class with us.
We offer clients FREE parking, 5 spaces are available in the front parking lot, and additional parking may be found directly behind our studio.
