Meet Tegan Goodridge
Tegan grew up in Farmington, CT, and earned her BS in Elementary Education at Keene State College where she met her husband, Dennis. Together, they have been raising their beautiful family in Dover since 2002. She was inspired to become a doula after years of helping friends and family with their own pregnancies, newborns, and mommy care. Tegan is certified through DONA International, and has been working with families on the New Hampshire Seacoast and Southern Maine since 2014.
With a listening ear and calming demeanor, Tegan seeks to help parents connect with their babies. As a mother of four children, she has extensive personal experience helping older siblings adjust to a new baby. She works to ensure every client has the information necessary to make the decisions that are right for their family. She respects the woman and her partner’s ability to make good choices by giving them evidence based information, and teaches the importance of informed decisions.
Tegan’s postpartum doula services include breastfeeding support, energy healing knowledge, assistance with meal prep, cooking, light housework, baby-wearing, basic infant care, and local errands.
