Founder of Bodies in Bloom
Noelle is a Seacoast native, DONA certified birth doula, yoga teacher, and mother of two. A graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Noelle is the founder of Bodies in Bloom, a holistic hub for expecting women and mothers to connect, learn, and grow together in motherhood. Her practice provides support through yoga, birth coaching, placenta encapsulation, and nutritional services.
Noelle fell in love with pregnancy and birth after having a successful VBAC. She believes in trusting the power of the body, and strives to encourage and empower mothers and/or couples by having an informed birthing experience. Understanding what your options are, and how you feel about them, allow you to have a blissful birthing experience.
Noelle loves working with women, being a mother, and wife more than anything in the world. She volunteers for New Generation, a homeless shelter for pregnant women and homeless mothers, lives on a small farm, practices yoga, loves to travel, and watch her two children, Caleb and Willow discover the world together.
Birth Doula, Yoga Teacher, and Health Coach
Samantha trained through DONA and is currently working towards her DONA certification. She has worked with children for many years and now feels honored to help mothers through the transformational process of birth. Sami holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Alternative Medicine, and draws upon this knowledge in her work with women. She trained under Carrie Tyler of Rasamaya, obtaining her RYT-200.
Sami incorporates breath work, movement, and meditation techniques into the birth education and her labor coaching to enable mothers to have the most relaxed and joyful experience possible. She aims to facilitate a nurturing, and calming environment allowing a mother to access all the tools she needs to aid her body’s innate wisdom during birth. She loves helping mothers awaken to the spiritual aspect of birth and remain conscious, empowered, and connected to their divine femininity throughout pregnancy, labor, and motherhood.
